Each commission type has a unique form to fill out. These are all the premade layers. If you'd like something different you can request one in the form, however there will be an additional custom charge depending on the complexity.

STEP 2: choose your flag/colors

Select which Pride Flag you would like your layers to be colored. For those who are straight/cis there is a Straight Ally flag. Additionally, if you just want regular cake colors you can request that too. All colors will be more pastel by default, unless requested otherwise.

These are all the premade decorations. You can request a certain color frosting or leave it blank to let me decide. If you'd like something different you can request a custom decoration, however there will be an additional custom charge depending on the complexity.

terms of services

- GENERal -

  • I reserve the right to refuse any project/commission request for any reason.

  • By commissioning me/buying a product, you are assumed to have read and agreed to my Terms of Service

  • By default, I reserve rights to keep, showcase, and publish WIPs and your finished commission on my social media and portfolio. You must specify if you want your commission to be kept private until a later date within reason.

  • All commissions/adopts will be handled as digital goods, and so no physical items will be shipped.

  • You are allowed to share and repost your commission/adopt as long as credit is given.

  • DO NOT change, modify or use my works for purposes that weren't discussed in the initial project or take credit for the art.

  • Use for any NFT or Crypto is strictly prohibited

- PAYMENT -

  • All prices are listed in USD.

  • DO NOT send me any kind of payment until you have sent me a form and I have confirmed I can accept your commission.

  • Smaller commissions will be taken through Ko-Fi. Larger commissions and adopts will be made through PayPal invoicing.

  • Payment plans are available for commissions above 300 USD and must be discussed in advance.

  • PNGtuber Model prices will already have Commercial fee included in the price. If you wish to use any regular commissions or adopts for commercial use it will incur a +100% of the commission fee.

  • Rush orders will incur a +75% of the commission fee.

- COMMUNICATION -

  • Each commission type has its own unique form to fill out. Please fill it out and send it to me through Twitter or Email before purchasing anything.

  • Please stay in touch through either Twitter or Email.

  • If your commission comes with sketch approvals, you will need to get back to me within 72 hours after I have sent it (unless we agree to something else before hand). If you do not get back to me in that time, I will either move on without the approval or end the commission and issue a partial refund.

- DELIVERY -

  • The delivery time will vary depending on the details and the complexity of your commission. Please be patient!

  • Chibi commission may be delivered after around 1 - 2 weeks. Everything else may be delivered around 4 - 8 weeks. Note that this starts at the time I start working on your commission, not at the time you paid.

  • I do not work with deadlines unless initially agreed upon. Rush orders will incur a +75% of the commission fee.

  • For regular commissions, no WIPS will be shown or revisions be allowed after the final product. The only exception for revisions if there is a major flaw with the final artwork (ex: wrong colored hair, missing accessories, etc)

  • For commercial commissions I will provide WIPs to confirm your approval before moving on. You may request for updates at any time within reason. Small revisions are allowed but encouraged to be kept brief. Major revisions may incur additional fees.

  • Deliverables will be sent through a Google Drive folder.

- REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS -

  • I reserve the right to cancel and refund the remaining amount of work if it cannot be completed for any reason.

  • You are eligible for a full refund if you choose to cancel before I start progress on your work (please check Trello).

  • Once the commission is in progress no refunds will be issued unless I am unable to complete the work for any reason.

  • If you file a chargeback or break any rules within this TOS, your right to any artwork I've made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the artwork/adopt to new buyers. You will also be blocked and blacklisted from purchasing from me again.
